We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide the website and to handle your enquiries. We set no cookies for marketing purposes and integrate no advertising networks or social media plugins. For audience measurement we use the cookie-free method described below.
The website is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO.
When the site is accessed, the server automatically records log files (including IP address, date and time, requested URL, status code, data volume, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (secure and stable operation). The log files are deleted after a short time.
To analyse the use of this website statistically we use Plausible Analytics. We host the software ourselves on the same server infrastructure in Germany on which this website runs; the data is not passed on to the vendor or to any other third party. The technical operation of the instance is carried out by our web service provider as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO.
Plausible works without cookies and without persistent identifiers on your device. No access to information on your device within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG takes place, so no consent is required. Recorded are the page visited, the referring page, browser and operating system type, the approximate screen size and the country of origin. Your IP address is not stored; it is used only briefly to form a checksum that changes daily and cannot be reversed, so recognition beyond a single day is ruled out.
The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in designing and improving this website to meet actual demand. You may object to this processing at any time pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO.
Your language choice is stored, as a technical necessity, in your browser’s local storage so that the site appears in the chosen language. This storage is strictly necessary pursuant to § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG and requires no consent. This storage is not used to analyse your usage behaviour.
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, optionally company, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) as well as our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b and lit. f DSGVO).
Your message is delivered by email to our mailbox and is not stored in a database on the website. For sending the email we use an email service provider as a processor (Art. 28 DSGVO). We process the data only for as long as this is necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions, and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Data is not passed on to third parties, except to the named host, the email service provider and the operator of our audience measurement under the data processing agreement. No transfer to countries outside the EU or the EEA takes place.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 DSGVO). A message to the contact details above is sufficient.
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO), in particular with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.
