We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide the website and to handle your enquiries. The website integrates no analytics, tracking or marketing services and sets no cookies for marketing purposes.
The website is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO.
When the site is accessed, the server automatically records log files (including IP address, date and time, requested URL, status code, data volume, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (secure and stable operation). The log files are deleted after a short time.
Your language choice is stored, as a technical necessity, in your browser’s local storage so that the site appears in the chosen language. This storage is strictly necessary pursuant to § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG and requires no consent. No analysis of your behaviour takes place.
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, optionally company, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) as well as our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b and lit. f DSGVO).
Your message is delivered by email to our mailbox and is not stored in a database on the website. For sending the email we use an email service provider as a processor (Art. 28 DSGVO). We process the data only for as long as this is necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions, and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Data is not passed on to third parties, except to the named host and email service provider under the data processing agreement. No transfer to countries outside the EU or the EEA takes place.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 DSGVO). A message to the contact details above is sufficient.
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO), in particular with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.
