We clean plants, machinery and production environments wherever grease, dust and deposits disrupt operations. We choose the method to match the soiling and the surface, so that sensitive components are not damaged in the process.
Wear is part of operation. Downtime is not. We keep machinery and plants in good repair, fix damage and take care of maintenance before small problems turn into big ones. From reconditioning worn components to the removal and reinstallation of complete assemblies, we make sure everything runs reliably again.
Whatever has taken hold comes off. With our sandblasting work we strip rust, old coats of paint and stubborn residue from steel and metal components. That gives us clean surfaces and brings parts back into shape for their next job.
Some soiling cannot be wiped away, it has to come off under pressure. With our high-pressure technology we reliably strip grease, deposits and stubborn residue from plants, machinery and industrial surfaces. Depending on the job, we work with hot water up to 150 bar and 26.7 l/min or with cold water up to 500 bar and 16 l/min. Always with the right pressure for a thorough clean without putting unnecessary strain on the surface.
The dirt disappears. Not just the dry ice. In dry-ice blasting we clean with frozen CO₂ instead of water, chemicals or abrasive media. The pellets loosen the soiling and then evaporate without leaving a trace. All that stays behind is whatever was meant to go. The process works dry and especially gently, ideal for machinery, sensitive surfaces and electrical and electronic components. In many cases we can clean directly on the installed plant, without elaborate disassembly.
When components are damaged, every hour of downtime counts. Using TIG, MIG and MAG welding processes, we carry out repair welding and structural adjustments directly at your plant. Whether aluminium, stainless steel or steel, we repair components, close cracks, fix wear damage and carry out adjustment work precisely on site.
