The dirt disappears. Not just the dry ice. We clean with frozen CO₂ instead of water, chemicals or abrasive media, dry, gentle and residue-free.
Request a projectWith dry-ice blasting we clean using frozen CO₂ instead of water, chemicals or abrasive media. The pellets lift the soiling and then sublimate without a trace. Only what was meant to go is gone: no blasting waste, no slurry, no moisture.
The method works dry and especially gently, ideal for machinery, sensitive surfaces and electrical and electronic components. In many cases we clean directly on the installed equipment, without elaborate disassembly, which saves downtime and reassembly work.
Typical jobs include production lines, moulds and tools, electrical cabinets, machinery and food-industry equipment. Nanra Services from Geilenkirchen has invested in its own dry-ice unit for this, available across the entire German-Dutch border region.
We look at the equipment and the level of soiling on site and match the pellet size and blasting pressure to the surface and the component. We then clean in a targeted way, in many cases without removal, so that only the loosened dirt remains to be collected and the equipment goes back dry and ready for use.
